IMPORT CONTENT
Instead of manually adding content, the import content functionality makes it possible to retrieve content from existing websites and add it to your own. This feature is available not only for global data but also when building pages at the column level.

1. GLOBAL DATA
Global data is a powerful and time-saving feature that allows you to reuse common and important business information as shortcuts, saving you time when adding and editing your website content. With the content grabber you don't even need to enter content and elements manually, you can simply import it all.

1.1. WHERE TO FIND IMPORT GLOBAL DATA
You can find the Import Global Data option on the Business Information, Legal, Custom and Deprecated sections of Global Data, under the Content tab of the editor.

1.2. HOW TO USE IMPORT GLOBAL DATA
By clicking on the Import Global Data button, a new section will cover the main area of the editor.

1.2.1. INSERT URL
The first step should be to write or paste the link of the website from which you want to import content from, followed by clicking on Import from URL.

1.2.2. USE ELEMENT
A preview from the website will now cover the main area and by hovering over the elements, you can select those that you wish to use as a global data, choosing from the dropdown menu the field you want to use it in. For example, to add a picture as a cover image, choose cover from the list and don't forget to click on Use.

1.2.3. IMPORT SELECTED DATA
As you add elements to your Global Data, a small notification will show up on the right side of the editor. When you are done, click on Import Selected Data on the top of the editor and a preview of the elements selected will cover the screen. Click on Import if you wish to use them or Clear Data to go back to the preview. In cases where you have imported the elements, the content will be automatically completed in the Global Data fields.

2. COLUMNS
2.1. WHERE TO FIND IMPORT CONTENT
When building a page on the editor, it is possible to find the feature by hovering over a column and selecting "Import Content" from the column menu.

2.2. HOW TO USE IMPORT CONTENT
By clicking on the Import Content option, a new section will cover the main area of the editor and the process is very similar to importing global data.

2.2.1. INSERT URL
The first step should be to write or paste the link of the website from which you want to import content, followed by clicking on Import from URL.

2.2.2. PICK ELEMENT
A preview from the website will now cover the main area and by hovering over the elements you can select those that you wish to add to your column. The blue section indicates the kind of module that the element will be added as. Add the elements by clicking on Pick.

2.2.3. IMPORT SELECTED DATA

As you add elements to your column, a small notification will show up on the right side of the editor. When you are done, click on Import Selected Data on the top of the editor and a preview of the elements selected will cover the screen. Click on Import if you wish to use them or Clear Data to go back to the preview. In case you have imported the elements, the content will be added to the column. You can now style the elements as you wish.

HOW TO DELETE AN ELEMENT

To delete an element, hover the mouse on the menu of the element you wish to delete, move it over the Settings icon and select the Delete option from the dropdown menu.

HOW TO RESTORE AN ELEMENT?

To restore an element, click on the Roll Back function and scroll down to find the alteration you wish to undo. For example, if you want to restore an element you just deleted, click on the first line of the dropdown list and finish by clicking Apply.
