The new registrar will have to follow these instructions.
Please go to new.registry.co.ug and sign up for an account. (ignore the link of single domain owner)
Go to the menu "Transfer a Domain" and initiate the transfer.
The domain will then be put under your account and you will be able to manage it.
You will receive an email prompting you to complete the transfer by clicking on a link.
