Account Management and Support Policy

Every service provided by EAC directory has an associated Account Owner

This is the only person ( identified via an email address) who can

  • Seek technical support ( Password reset, mail faiilures, email problems e.t.c)
  • Billing issues ( invoices, payments e.t.c)

Should you require another person to be given access to your account, ask them to create an account with us. Here is the link here


Then using the maxtrix below, send an email to KE[at]EACdirectory.co.ke indicating

  • Email Subject is grant access to user ( specify the name of the person)
  • Indicate the email address (e.g. xxxx@gmail.com)
  • Level of access e.g manage domain settings e.t.c
