This is the only person ( identified via an email address) who can

  • Seek technical support ( Password reset, mail failures, email problems e.t.c)
  • Billing issues ( invoices, payments e.t.c)

Then using the matrix below, send an email to KE[at]EACdirectory.co.ke indicating


  • Email Subject is granted access to the user ( specify the name of the person)
  • Indicate the email address (e.g. [email protected])
  • Level of access e.g manage domain settings e.t.c
